Course Description:

First 45 days institional program within classroom weekly 5 days 5 hours program

This course covers the theory and mechanisms of different types of washing machines, including front load and top load washing machines, as well as dryers. Students will learn about the components, operation, and maintenance of these appliances.

Course Outline:

a) Front Load Washing Machine

  • Components: Drum, Motor, Control Panel, Water Inlet, Drain Pump
  • Washing Cycle: Wash, Rinse, Spin
  • Energy and Water Efficiency: Ratings, Inverter Technology
  • Maintenance: Cleaning, Troubleshooting, Common Issues

b) Top Load Washing Machine

  • Components: Agitator, Drum, Motor, Control Panel, Water Inlet, Drain Pump
  • Washing Cycle: Wash, Rinse, Spin
  • Comparison with Front Load: Efficiency, Capacity, Performance
  • Maintenance: Cleaning, Troubleshooting, Common Issues

c) Dryer

  • Components: Drum, Heating Element, Motor, Control Panel, Vent
  • Drying Cycle: Timed Dry, Sensor Dry, Heat Settings
  • Energy Efficiency: Ratings, Usage Tips
  • Maintenance: Cleaning Lint Filter, Venting, Troubleshooting
